In spite of the financial world  that’s crashing down around our ears, North America feels very safe lately and it looks like that’s the recipe we all need to become complacent.  We haven’t seen pictures of flooded farms, or fires encroaching on idyllically situated rural towns.  There aren’t any people on the six o’clock news waving frantically from the roofs of their destroyed and flooded towns.

Once again we forget that not only can emergency strike – it will do so any time and anywhere and most of us won’t have a clue what to do.  We think that its the Government’s job to save us. But it isn’t.  It’s our job to save ourselves – at least for the first 72 hours.

There are three things you need to do to prepare for an emergency -

Know your Risks

Make a Plan

Prepare a Kit.

Emergency Systems Planning is about providing the information you need tohelp you prepare your family for any eventuality so you can make it though the first 72 hours.

Keep coming back to check as we add more information.
